All we ask is that you have access to a vehicle and mobile phone and we will provide you with all the training and supervision to achieve your potential to be a care worker.

The wellbeing, comfort and life expectancy of our clients is in the hands of our employees and that is why we support them in every aspect of their professional career.

You do not necessarily need professional experience to be considered as a live-in carer and we recruit applicants who have a personal experience of caring for a family member. Professional carers join us with a variety of skills and from a wide range of backgrounds. The vacancies we have for live-in carers are based in the Wessex region (Dorset, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Berkshire and Wiltshire) but as well as recruiting UK residents, we also recruit carers from other parts of Europe.
