Horizon Homecare’s fundamental value is Care at our Core. This means that we hold the wellbeing, safety and comfort of all of the people that we care for above all else and that our commitment to our clients exceeds any obligations to commercial profit. We don’t believe that our function as a caring organisation could be any other way and ultimately our success can only be measured by the satisfaction and indeed happiness of the people that we care for.

We aim to cultivate an environment where caring for our clients overrides any personal ambition. We believe that by nurturing this philosophy throughout our organisation it becomes second nature. By advocating – and practising – Care at our Core we aim to install all of our employees with a sense of priority towards the people requiring care, as well as their friends, family and guardians. The sense that every client is in safe hands should never be brought into question.
